Now for some gravy…

My favorite meal, courtesy of my mother’s excellent cooking:

Roast duckling, homemade apple stuffing, peas, “hotel” roast potatoes (when I was wee-Duncan, I thought they were called “hotel potatoes” because nice hotels overseas served the same kind), glazed carrots, and Coca-Cola in a glass bottle. I’m just saying.

Truly, all that’s missing in this picture is the gravy. Anything else would just be gravy?

Don’t worry, there was plenty of gravy.
