He looks older in this picture, an interesting example of how the angle of a photograph can make all the difference, prehensile paw even without a thumb

What an awesome site, Duncan! I’ve just spent the past hour neglecting my duties, because I couldn’t stop looking at your pictures. Ah, well, it IS a government job…..what do people expect? Haha. Diane, I took a look at the other photo I have of the two monks, and I’m even more convinced this one is a dude after seeing him in profile. Granted, he’s a very “pretty” dude, but he has man-hands and carried himself like a man in person.

really enjoyed your pictures Duncan, especially those two kids. Reminds me of the time Vincent Lebeta in Phuthaditjhaba, Qwa Qwa, South Africa took us to his home and his children looked up and UP, and could not believe how tall I was. Maybe those two Chinese kids were in awe too.
